Shahram Yousefi Kordestani

Mr. Shahram Yousefi Kordestani has 25 years of experience in I.T. and Programming within the Oil and Energy industries. He is an expert in Server Architecture, Databases, I.T. Service Management, I.T. Strategy, Information Security Management System (ISMS), and Servers. He has a B.Sc. in Software Engineering, from Azad University (1997). He is also certified in MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineering), BS EN ISO 27001:2005 Awareness, Documentation/Internal Audit Certification, OHSAS 18001:2007 Awareness Certification, and ISO 14001:2004 Awareness Certification. His transferable skills include Software Engineering, System Programming, and Oracle Database Administration. He began his vocation as a Senior Programmer at Mabna Computer Company in Mar 1996. In March 2002, he joined as an I.T. Manager at Petrofac and worked there until Mar 2005. He joined Jahanpars Engineering Company as an I.T. Manager in Jun 2005 and was there until Jul 2008. In Nov 2008, he started with Hampa Engineering Corp. as an ICT Director and currently works in this Company. He is experienced in ICT Strategic planning, Telecommunication, data management, ICT Team Management, ICT devices, LAN, and communication and project management. He is proficient with the latest data technologies. He will assume the role of President and CEO. His responsibilities include:

  • Develop a strategic plan to advance the Company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization
  • He will conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
  • Provide sales and strategic direction to meet or exceed benchmarks by disseminating approved courses
  • He will maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives 
  • Determining, formulating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
  • He will work with outside service providers to establish, standards, systems, and procedures 
  • Evaluate potential strategic partners for company marketing and negotiate win-win strategies
